Here, I am facilitating learning by using Google Slides to deliver the information to the students
I used this YouTube link as a hook in my lesson about unhealthy relationships. It is a demonstration about what love looks like in an unhealthy relationship.
Assessment
After my lesson, I asked the students to write one thing that they have learned about unhealthy relationships.
Classroom Environment
Walks to the Family Leisure Centre
At my practicum, the PE department takes full advantage of nearby facilities such as the FLC. I have taken my practicum class there for the swimming unit as well as indoor soccer.
For my classroom...
I believe that the classroom environment is very important for the students to learn better. In my future classroom, I would like to incorporate cooperative learning with desks in groups of four.
Professional Responsibilities
I had volunteered at a Science Fair for the Mother Theresa School in the second semester this year. It was a great opportunity to see the creativity of all the students. I plan on doing more volunteer opportunities like this in my career as a teacher.
